Acceptance

By downloading or using Wavcut, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms of Service are the end user license agreement (EULA) that governs your use of Wavcut.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, audio, and other content you create or import. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you use. You must not use Wavcut to create or distribute content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.

Subscriptions

• Wavcut offers a free tier and paid Pro and Max auto-renewable subscriptions. Each is available on a monthly or yearly billing period.
• The subscription title, length (monthly or yearly), and price — including any price per period — are shown in the app on the purchase screen before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible and removes your account along with your projects and any media stored in our cloud. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or access it in unauthorized ways.

Disclaimer

Wavcut is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
